Went to pick this bikes at their premises. Auction process was really smooth, I liked that but it's a long drive and I didn't see a lot of auction properties at their site besides the bicycles auctioned by the city

Recently purchased a vehicle through them, nowhere did it state engine light on. Engine light comes on after driving for a few minutes ( means it was cleared recently ) I call them and they more or less say oh it wasn't on for us good luck! Yeah beware, sketchy.EDIT: Picked up the vehicle the day before yesterday and worked a double - worked a night shift that night. I called as soon as possible , you can check the KM's I literally drove it home and engine light came on. By the time I was home you're already closed.

Bought a bike through the city auction, and went to pick it up on May 4th when they found that it was one of a few bikes missing. After the front desk lady said repeatedly that she spoke to my husband (who did not in fact call at all) I was told that they would look around and that the city way not have sent it, letting us know they would get back to us. When we didn’t hear anything I called back one week later, and was told that they didn’t find anything and they would be emailing the city. At this point I indicated that they let me know the week prior that they would be calling the city, which the apparently did not do until the auction closed. When I called this week to see where things were at I was told they were waiting for the city to get back to them. In my 3 interactions I received a call back once. It felt like they were not up front with the process and were not willing to make any effort to retrieve or help find the bike the moment it was found missing on May 4th. Although the words that were said were “courteous” enough there was an attitude that came through with tone, a lack of action, response and repeated interruptions when I was asking about particulars in our call. The most frustrating part of all of this is the poor customer service and rude nature of the staff. It felt like things escalated the minute any requests or questions were asked about the nature of events or my frustration was communicated. Very dissatisfied, and still no refunds or mention of when this will be resolved or actions aside from “waiting”.

Car I purchased from here had numerous dirty needles and empty baggies of some kind of powder and offered no help just said basically too bad

On multiple occasions customer service has been poor. The way the employees seem to speak (tone especially), and argue, is not appreciated.Most importantly:One of my vehicles was ‘sold’ here, yet they could not get in contact with the bidder. Therefore, I had to pick up my vehicle and move on. Others have had similar issues. Nothing more frustrating than that. We are hesitant to go through Associated again due to such issues.Associated does not seem to have proper protocols in place to prevent this from happening... it is a legal obligation to purchase a vehicle if you bid on it and the seller accepts the bid. Associated does not seem to ensure this is upheld.They should be, at the minimum, be requiring bidders to give the auction house a refundable formidable deposit that they would not want to lose, before allowing them to bid. Also, they should be ‘blacklisting’ the individuals who commit to buy but do not follow through - not allowing them to bid at future auctions.Otherwise, Associated should be using a collections agency. They need (and probably do) have full name, address, phonenumber, etc. of all bidders - collections should be able to deal with this, and if not, then Associated, at minimum, should be refunding seller’s fee(s) (for seller to have vehicle in auction).I have not received back my seller’s fee and I think that, at the minimum, should be what Associated does in such circumstances.Also, a friend’s car sold here, and it took a few weeks to receive payment. It was a long time. Not good.

Purchased an RV at a recent auction. Michelle went above and beyond to facilitate the closing of the deal. Regular updates to keep me informed on the status of the delivery which ultimately could not be done but she was up front and honest and offered a couple of alternative solutions with enough time for me to still be able to have the RV moved to its campsite on Friday before May long weekend. Outstanding performance Michelle, well done! Associated is very fortunate to have high performance associate (pun intended).

This auction is a horrible place! They are allowing amateur local dealers push through their trash cars week after week that are unable to be sold on their lots. Ever since the auction management changed a couple years back , this place has gone downhill quick. High buyer fees, high seller fees (unless your a shady car dealer they work with), and poor service quality, especially if you have any issues with your purchase. Go through the auctions sold" list and you'll quickly find the same vehicles being sold over and over again

Having never sold anything in the past via auction, I have to say this was the best possible experience. Gerald was super friendly and explained the process and fees and maintained an line of communication. If you've never thought of selling your vehicle, trailer or boat at auction, you should! Absolute no-hassle way to sell you extra things and you end up pretty much where you might be with other internet selling services plus you don't get ghosted by potential buyers or waste your time.
